Not Step One, But Still Crucial

ALWAYS. ALWAYS. ALWAYS. ALWAYS. ALWAYS.
Let your concealer sit. Leat it soak. Let it thicken. Its how you get full coverage.
I use a few different types of cocealers depending on my shade (summer or winter) and how much coverage I want. I also do it based off how bad the blemishes I want to hide are.
Elf Concealer (with a white cap): For my under eyes on a full coverage day
IL MIKIAGE: under my eyes on a medium / light coverage day
Merit: For my acne or dark spots if they aren't too red or inflamed
i don't blend Merit with a brush, use your hands and PAT
Pat McGrath Labs: For my acne on days that they are inflamed, also used on any blemish that Merit is too light for.
Finally, always set the undereye concealer with loose powder to prevent creases (I use Huda Beauty).
Below is an image of me leaving my house letting my concealer sit. You'll also find the products I use and can see the shade difference. You will also see the finished product.
